By consenting to the terms and conditions you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are customized specifically for you. These items take time to create and the completion time depends on the type of order/project.
If purchasing an item via the Shop page, once your order is placed and we have begun processing, we cannot allow changes. Nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to. All custom orders will be emailed to you for approval.
If you receive a custom-made item from Moore Reflections that is incorrect, please contact us directly.

Payment Information
Moore Reflections offers various forms of payment to make it convenient for our clients. Payment options include cash, check, credit card or PayPal.
- All items purchased via our Shop page, must be paid in full before processing your order. All other work completed by us is due in full at time of delivery.
- If you do not wish to pay through PayPal, there is an option to bypass and pay by credit card.
- If you wish to pay by cash or check, please make prior arrangements with me.
- If a large order, or long-term project is involved, we do require a 25% deposit. If there are extenuating circumstances we will communicate directly with you.
Refunds
We do not accept returns on any custom item. We do not give refunds for orders canceled due to impatience or incorrect orders attributed to customer error. Please double-check to make sure your order is correct before submitting payment! We will not provide a cash refund on custom orders. If an order was received incorrectly, please contact us.
Shipment of items
Most of the time, Moore Reflections deliveries locally within 30 minutes of Tulsa, Oklahoma. If your order does require shipping, we will communicate with you on shipping arrangements.
Promotions
Occasionally, we will offer promotions largely based on products we customize and receive via 3rd-party vendors. These are generally offered for a limited time. So, watch or Facebook or Specials page on our website.
